Back Lapping Paste – Available in 80 or 120 Grits
Grit Selection of either 80 grit or 120 grit will depend on both; the type of equipment and the level of sharpening required.
Storage of Back Lapping Paste:
- Store between 0-35oC.
- Store in tightly closed containers.
- Protect from frost.
Application of Back Lapping Paste:
- Adjust cutting blade/edges to be within 1mm of each other
- Apply a coating of Back lapping Paste with a brush or swab.
- Lapping Paste can be applied when blades are in a reverse lapping gear.
